Stage V has now officially SOLD OUT. We have received the Resource Consent from Council and will commence construction in October 2021, so only a few months away.

In order to offset the disappointment of missing out for many people we have decided to release a further stage in Mackenzie Park. Stage VI is now FOR SALE. Contact Karan at LJ Hooker for details.

Yes, unbelievable but Mackenzie Park in Twizel is the place to be. We have SOLD OUT Stage 4A of Mackenzie Park and have released a final 14 lots as part of Stage 4B, of which 3 have already gone under contract. 5G Coming to Twizel

Spark are bringing 5G Cellular to Twizel. What that means is Twizel will soon have the same Internet Speed as anywhere else in New Zealand. This combined with the soon to be livenend Fibre Optic cable service means Twizel will have 100 MB plus internet speed for both cellular WIFI reception and hard wired internet. A great place to be.

Stage III NOW Released

We have recently received Resource Consent from Mackenzie District Council for Mackenzie Park, Stage III. This subdivision is being released over Labour Weekend 2018. Call Karan MacDiarmid at LJ Hooker for more information.

Construction to Start June 2017

Physical construction works for Mackenzie Park Stage II will commence mid June 2017. Paul Smith Earthmoving have been awarded the contract and given their previous experience working in Twizel on The Drive, Tussock Bend and part of Mackenzie Park Stage I, we expect progress will be swift and professional. We are expecting completion of the physical works before Xmas 2017.

Stage II Engineering Consent Lodged with Council

After many weeks of hard work on behalf of our consultants, Basline Planning, we have now been able to lodge a comprehensive Engineering Consent application with the Mackenzie District Council. This was achieved March 23rd 2017 and contains all of the engineering data, calculations, and components for the final design of the new subdivision. It is increasingly exciting as we move towards commencing the construction phase for this project.
